Win32:Malware-gen???

So what is happening is this:
I downloaded “Avast Antivirus” and when I opened my web browser (Which is FireFox), an Avast note popped up (However, it may have been a coincidence that the malware was found just as I opened FireFox)

"MALWARE BLOCKED

Object: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Windows\server.exe
Infection: Win32:Malware-gen
Action: Moved to chest
Process: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe

The threat was detected and blocked when the file was created or modified."

This threat keep popping up again and again. If I close it, it opens again.
Any help? ???

Anyone?
Please?
I’ve seen many posts related to this Malware, but they aren’t what I’m talking about.
