Hi Support Team.
My avast 6.0. Home edition can not remove the above malware. I have tried boot scan but still no change. I cant move to chest, delete or repair. It gives me Error: The operation is not supported. Severity:High and 6 viruses. Does this mean that avast is not designed to remove this virus? Please advise me.

Check for malware with this
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.51.1 http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always make sure the program is updated before you scan
click on the remove selected button to quarantine anything found
post the scan log here

where is the file found located ?..is it inside a zip file or in system restore ?
What is the full path of the detected file?
