Win32:Malware-gen

Hi,
I did a scan with avast recently and it found three files that were infected. One of them is Win32:Malware-gen and the other two are Java:Agent-AW. From my understanding, the Java one isn’t much of a threat and I followed these (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=71272.0) instructions to remove it.

I did something really stupid though and tried fixing my computer with the instructions from this (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=101982.0) thread before I realized that that solution was for that one person only. I got up to the point where I rebooted the machine and did a quick scan with OTL and I don’t know if I messed my computer up or not. From what I can tell, the laptop seems to be running fine; nothing seems to have gone kaput as of yet. I’m attaching the logs for OTL for when I tried to do the fix as well as the ones in the guide.
