Win32 malware infection HELP!

Hi there friends,
I’m new to this site, so I apologize if this is the wrong place to post, etc.
Okay I did everything asked of me in the forum:

(Downloaded and scanned AdwCleaner, Malwarebytes, OTL, and aswMBR.exe)
The next part I am confused about is the last part of the process in which I am asked to POST the SAVE LOG results of aswMBR.exe

Can someone please direct me as to where exactly I would post this SAVE LOG so that I can have it interpreted as what damage may/may not have been done?

You attach the log files produced by these tools. When you reply the reply window has an option ‘Attachments and other options’ click that and it expands to allow you to attach those logs.
