Win32: Malware - Unable to fix, repair, move to chest, etc.

Hey sorry for the late reply, but internet was working quite well recently. Somewhat slow, but no disconnects until now. I also heard that MiniToolBox isn’t a safe program? You seem to be very tech-savvy, but are you sure that I can use MiniToolBox without getting anymore viruses or threats?

Minitoolbox is very safe it is made by the same author as FRST

Here’s the result.

This appears to be the problem, could you set up your DNS to use OpenDNS. Details are here http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/how-to/setup-opendns-in-windows-7.html

I guess my wireless internet connection is just crappy now for whatever reason, because it’s still slow.

What ISP are you using ?

I called the Belkin tech support earlier today and I reconfigured and reset the router. My internet was slightly faster for a minute and then I couldn’t even find my network for ~30 minutes. Now it’s working really well, but then this popped up on my screen: “Intel ® My WiFi Technology has been configured with a non-su[ported profile. Instead, the default profile will be used.” I noticed that when I go to “manage wireless networks” I have 2 of my networks (under the same name - just duplicated I guess). Is there a way to fix this?

To me that sounds like a router problem, is it still under warranty

Yeah, it seems to be a problem with the router, which I don’t have a warranty on anymore, but the internet is working really fast right now. I’m just still have a question about how to fix that Intel Wireless thing with the default profile.

Could you go to this page http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/wireless
Then click on check your system for updates
