Win32:Patched-AKC [Trj]

Hello and Thanks in advance,
I have this too and would appreciate any help getting rid of it. Same as some other posts I’ve already read: avast! picks Win32:Patched-AKC [Trj] up on Quick Scan, I try to repair or quarantine it, but it says it’s a read only file and it’s already being used by “32.”

I’ve attached the adwcleaner, Malwarebytes, OTL and aswMBR logs.

Thank you,

Computer seems fine. I do need to install Win7 updates, the Win32:Patched-AKC[Trj] prevented this. Is it OK to install the Win7 updates? Also, I need to return to my previous OC BIOS settings, is it OK to do that as well? Do I need to do anything else concerning the [Trj] or am I cured?
