Scan your computer for spyware and hijacks and then you should be able to remove this no problem.

and HiJackThis - http://www.spywareinfo.org/~merijn/

It should be safe to delete files that are located in the Temp folder unless you know they are important.
C:\Documents and Settings"Username"\Local Settings\Temp
is the temp folder used by Windows to store temporary stored files.

It is also recommended that you scan your whole computer for any infections as it seems to me that a downloader has downloaded Revop on your computer.
