[*]In the menu that appears, choose Disable Permanently. When you are prompted to turn off security, click Yes.
Note: Do not forget to turn on this option after the cleaning.
Run ComboFix. Click on I Agree!

Click Yes if prompted to download.

If you see a message like “Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion” just restart computer once more.
When the tool is finished, it will produce a log report for you. (typical location: C:ComboFix.txt )
Attach log reports ( ComboFix.txt) back to topic.

If there is no Combofix.txt log in C:\ then again disable antivirus and just re-run Combofix.

Hi
Combobox finally started running (in console window).
Went through 50 stages, then I got blue screen ‘windows encountered a problem’.
Windows restarts and loads back up. Once loaded it pops up saying windows recovered.
No log file. I’m running it again.
it won’t run now, starts up console and before it gets to stage 1, windows need to restart blue screen
Ok. Lets forget Combofix for now.
We need to fix this otherwise …
