What should I do next? there are still malwares being detected by Avast.
Continue with the steps please … OTL is the most important one so that I can see what variant it is
Alright . OTL asked for a CD while I am scanning. I inserted one and the scan is continuing right now.
Intriguing, I have never seen that request before
Here is the OTL , however there is no extras.txt file… should I rescan?
The use of cracks is a sure fire way of getting infected
Download and Install Combofix
Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:
Link 1
Link 2
VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop
- IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here
[*]Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
[*]Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks

[*]When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
[*]Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
Notes:
- Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
- Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
- If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now
there was no prompt log prompt after the combo fix scan? you told me not to re run, what should I do next?
Did combofix appear to run normally ?
Is there a log at C:\combofix.txt
If not then re-run Combofix
the combo fix just closes automatically after scanning and no prompts, i checked my drive C and here i what it looks like this → please see attached.
And if I click the combofix from the C drive it just like pressing the “back button”… my computer works well right now… except for the constant pop up message of avast that i am infected.
I rerun Combofix again and there is a blue screen that appears but disappears immediately
OK that points to a slightly different direction

thanks! ill do it now. but there is one abnormality in my computer. whenever I use google chrome as a browser, the browser prompts that the site is i am browsing is unsafe even though I am just browsing twitter or facebook. and when I browse using safari, it works pretty well.
This is the report of the TDSSkiller, there was no cure option :-\
OK could you rename Combofix to Gotcha
Reboot to safe mode and run from there
roger that.
Here it is…
That should have killed it, any further alerts ?
WOW! no more alerts and the google chrome browser is functioning well! Thank you so much this is a very nice Christmas gift Oh, one more thing, how can I avoid such thing to happen again?
