I’m skeptical of our chances for success at the moment. But if you’re willing I would like to see the results of the safemode scan, Windows Live OneCare Beta and HijackThis Beta. These might help with your problem but, even if they don’t lead to a fix on your computer, they could provide information about how well these work in Vista that could help others.
yeah I’d love to work a bit more on this and find a good solution,but I have quite a few things to do from the computer and right now I can barely load the desktop,so I think I might just format.Thanks for all the support 
I think I learned my lesson when it comes to 64bit OS’s and their lack of compatibility.I just installed it to take advantage of my amd 64 but I didn’t know it would be this much of a hassle,I’ll Install Vista 32 and hope for the best,atleast I will be able to find more security applications to prevent things like this happening in the future.

I think its the right decision but I hate it 
I’m not saying I’m perfect or have all the answers, but I’ve worked with a lot of computers and never had it get this bad. Sorry Matthew.
