Win32/Spy.Hesperbot

Hello and I would like to ask you, if you can detect and eliminate Win32/Spy.Hesperbot. I found these steps for eliminating https://servis.eset.cz/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/323/0/jak-odstranit-postovni-vir-hesperbot but I am not sure that virus is really KO. How can I validate it? May I trust to avast scan when:

  1. I have this type of virus
  2. I have tried to elimate by esets steps
  3. Avast scan do not warn me?
