i appear to have this virus, and avast can’t seem to get rid of it. every time i click on a link or change pages on my browser, avast identifies it again - even if i already told it to put it in the ‘chest’ or simply ‘delete’ it. i’ve restarted my computer already, and can’t actually find the file that it claims is infected. any suggestions?

i don’t even know how to start following those instructions…how do you ‘create a firewall’??
Either you buy one (hardware) or you install one (software).
There some decent software firewalls for free.
Everything you need is either on that page or a link to it is provided.
