posted a request for help yesterday. However i posted the two report requested in the wrong place i.e in the post itself I relaised my error and appended the reports to the post in the proper manner(twice). I have been waiting for someone to read but no luck and wondered if this was because they only saw that I incorrectly posted one of the reports.
I would be very gratful someone could help as I would rather understand how to get rid of this sucker as opposed to re-formating etc as I have had this same problem twice this month.
