Win32:Trojan-gen {Other} false positive?

Avast! noticed Win32:Trojan-gen {Other} in WhatsHappening.exe from TurboWare. “What’s Happening” is a utility that lets you see all of the programs running on your computer. It’s just one single file. Can it be a false positive? I also scanned with ‘Jotti’s malware scan’ and here’s the results:
