I have scanned using Avast and it says that i have a Win:32Trojan-Gen VC in my C:Program files\STC\ClrschPO38.exe and in my C:Program Files\STC\Internet Features.exe . I have put them in the “chest” but when i scan again.,…they still show up. Also i used another trojan scan and it didn’t detect any trojans. Do I REALLY have one or not??? ??? 2 days before i did this scan it showed up that i had several other files with the same trojan (after avast updated) and they are in the “chest” but are not showing up on the scan. What do i do? 
And yes…i, too, know very little about computers so be very simple with the answers please. Also wanted to state that i have not been able to do a “thorough” scan. It gets “hung up” on avast/data/log. Says avast not responding.???
Thats Spyware, Try Adaware or Spybot. You have to clean your “activeX” folder too, otherwise it will come back. You can use Hijackthis for it. http://mjc1.com/mirror/hjt/
