win32 trojan -gen (VC)

hi there
I had to reinstall winXP, and need the Canon driver for my printer, but when I scan the file, Avast indicates its infected with win32Trojan-gen
I also scan the file with McAfee, Trend Housecall and AVG, which three AV programs dont detect anything.

If I move the file thats infected to the chest, then the canon driver download wont work

May I kindly ask what to do? I need the driver for my printer, and wonder if this trojan is a hoax thingy or a real danger, as only Avast detects it

It looks like a false positive. Please submit the file to JOTTI and let us know the result. If it is indeed a false positive, send it in a password protected zip to virus@avast.com
