Hi pogo yep you are clean install sp2 and when done it will create a new restore point, when up and running run disc cleanup which should be in system tools on your start menu. After it has done its thing select more options tab and on the bottom will be delete all but the last restore point, select that. Also your Java needs updating please uninstall your current Java before loading the new version. Then get all your updates… As an aside get yourself a copy of spyywareblaster from javacool that will block a lot of hijackers…
