Win32.:Zaccess-PB[Tri] - How to get rid

Hi,

I have avast installed and the past couple of days I have been getting warnings flashing up for Win32.:Zaccess-PB[Tri] … sometimes the message changes to Win32:Malware-gen or Win32:Trojan-gen.

It seems that there are all being stored in the virus vault but I can’t clear them…Malwarebytes shows up as nothing being wrong but Avast is flaggin up an error almost every 10 mins.

I am not an expert with computers but I have tried to go into safe mode to remove but I cannot even see the path it gives as its the C drive then installers??

Any help would be appreciated

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

[color=green]Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Under Optional Scan ensure “List BCD” and “Driver MD5” are ticked.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
[*]The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Thanks for speedy reply. Have tried to run the program however it downloads to 98% and then auto deletes saying it is a virus?
