You masterfully helped me once before get through a troublesome issue (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=119105.0) and I’m back to help a friend troubleshoot some of hers. The first thing I did was download Avast and ran a virus scan but the only thing that’s popping up is the 80000032.@ and 80000064.@. I remember from last time the evils that java causes and uninstalled it from her computer but need help cleaning up the rest permanently. Can you help??
