here is my files demanded as your post on this
Hi
Thanks for providing that logfiles. Could you be a little more descriptive about your issues? Do you face any?
The main issue I see that you are using too many security software.

FW: ZoneAlarm Firewall (Enabled) {E6380B7E-D4B2-19F1-083E-56486607704B}
So before moving any further we need to rectify this.
You should be using only one Anti-Virus program, one Anti-Spyware and one Firewall.

When it is done, we will proceed to cleaning

There’s a standalone tool from MicroSoft which will help us diagnose the problem.

Hi
I will review that log carefully with one of my colleagues who is a specialist in a case like yours. It may take a day or two (depending on his schedule), but I will be back.
Cheers,
Naat
Are you running Windows 7 on an Apple machine? :o
yes very true
Theres an Apple Tool to run OSX and Windows as dual boot. Running Windows as standalone or not installed with that tool could cause issues as Windows is not built to run on Macs.
Are you talking about bootcamp. That what I have in my case and running well for years now that issue , it’s a bit strange to me
Sorry for not getting back to you earlier.
Unfortunately I don’t have good news. Your system is counterfeit and not legitimate. You are running OEM Dell license key on an Apple machine what means that you’ve broken the Microsoft licensing terms.
any results from your friend?
Yes, like I said earlier:
My personal (and not only mine) policy is not to clean a counterfeit system. I’m sorry, I cannot help you.
So I understand that I should be a new licence but where would be the cheapest
Surely it can’t be any OEM license, but the box one.
