WinDbg Boot-Time Scan Error

Running Win 11 23H2.

Ran an Avast Free boot-time scan and this error was detected:

File C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WinDbg_1.2601.12001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\System.IO.Compression.dll|>1 Error 42125 {ZIP archive is corrupted.}

Uninstalled WinDbg and the error disappeared on the next boot-time scan.

Reinstalled WinDbg and the problem/error returned.

Running the latest Avast program and fully updated.

Not sure how to permanently resolve this issue.

Maybe the file in question does not get along with Avast scan engine. You can (or should) ignore the error; there may be no way to suppress it.
