Windows 10 (2004) and Avast Premium Security

I have updated my device to Windows 10 (2004 compilation 19041.264).

Now I have two antivirus on my PC: Avast and Microsoft Defender (see picture).

Is it normal? Any recomendation?

Microsoft Defender is blocking AvastSvc.exe, AvBugReport.exe and other Avast exe files.

After disabled de Microsoft Ransomware feature, all the Microsoft Defender has disapear from the device. :o

Now, only Avast, protects the device.
