The title says it all. Since installing windows 10 i’ve been unable to use avast’s firewall. Even turning off window’s firewall does not help. I’ve done a clean re-install of avast premier and still no dice. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

avast firewall problems are ususally solved with 1 or 2 reboots after install

On Win10 you repair like this Right click on the start button > select Program and Features > select Avast > select repair
