windows 10 email client and other apps blocked

Hi team

I have recently started seeing some applications wont open beyond a splash screen. Applications include the Windows 10 email client and HP Support Assistant. Both close after about 30 seconds with no errors. If I stop all shields for 10 minutes, both applications then work as expected. Clearly I cannot leave the shields off moving forward. :wink:

What do I need to check / undo to unblock what ever is blocking these apps?
