Yes, I have been waiting for it for what seems an eternity, but 2018-1803 should also be in the queue as it is a supported version.

To add the Avast Password Manager to the Chromium Based Edge Browser,
go to Settings > Extensions. Turn on Allow extensions from Other Stores.
Once that’s done, you can follow these directions:

Microsoft throws in the towel on Windows 10 1809
Basically, If you haven’t received it by now, you’ll probably never get it and
go directy to 1903 (or what ever they wind up calling the release due in May, 2019)

Well this bodes well (NOT) for future updates the number they have screwed up along the way isn’t good. When they are in control of the releases (damn slow) now they are effectively saying they don’t want to release two features updates too close together.

The short answer is get your backside in gear and release features updates in a timely manner and this collision shouldn’t happen.

Good Luck. Hopefully you followed all the precautions.

If you want the next release of Windows 10 early, you can get it by using the Media Creation Tool
It’s available here: https://software-download.microsoft.com/download/pr/MediaCreationTool1903.exe
Early installation is only suggested for a select few and, installing it early also means you need to accept the risks
associated with early releases.
Back Up your current system BEFORE you install the new Windows 10 Build 18362.1
I have one test machine that will be receiving this upgrade shortly.

Windows 10 Start Menu Gets Its Own Process in Build 1903

Apparently someone did some housekeeping in this thread and deleted the post that stated
Microsoft has removed the the above stated MediaCreationTool1903.

Windows 10 May 2019 Update to Be Blocked If Using USB Drives
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/windows-10-may-2019-update-to-be-blocked-if-using-usb-drives/

Well Microsoft have excelled themselves (NOT) once again.

Whilst I suppose not doing this to prevent any potential issue with connected USB drives is sort of reasonable. Why haven’t they addressed issue before, surely they must have know about it, perhaps it could have happened in 1803 and 1809.

What is great is the clear (NOT) error message, the user won’t have a clue what the problem is unless they happen to have read this article. “No action is needed. Windows Update will offer version of Windows 10 automatically once the issue has been resolved.” Great they tell you no action is required so you don’t know what to address.

Essentially you would never get the update if you regularly use a USB Drive and you have no control over when MS offers the Update. Fortunately I have an internal SSD and HDD drive on this win10 laptop.

They also state that this issue will be fixed in a future Windows 10 servicing update.

Yes, it just makes me wonder how this has been going on for before coming to light.
