Windows 10 not boots even in safe mode

Could you please help me ?
Windows tries automatic repair but does not help.
I am able to open command prompt over recovery mode.
Safe mode does not open.

Windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt file shows error of aswrvrt.sys 0x57

Google directs me to this forum about this error.

Could you please help me to boot my computer.

Am I writing in wrong section ? I saw other people had similar boot problems here too.
Please help me.

Ok, thank you all.
I renamed the file and then Windows opened.
Uninstalled avast.
Installed again.
