Microsoft has released the first technical preview of Windows 10. They are already getting a large number of people participating and offering suggestions.
I recall when Windows 8 was released, it took weeks for Avast to get a version that was supported. I’d like to avoid that problem with Windows 10.
Avast team - it’s never too early to start testing and refining. When Windows 10 is released, Avast should be ready with an update to support it.
With all due respect, there are no threads in the Business Protection forum. I’m not terribly concerned about the Free/Home/Pro version - as those versions are more rapidly developed. The Avast Business versions are much more slowly released as their stability is critical.
When Windows 8 was released, the Free/Home/Pro version was available to support it. The Business version lagged for weeks, leaving us unprotected (we had to use Microsoft Security Essentials).
You’re right. Sorry, I did not noticed I was on business forum.
Anyway, time will tell us about Windows 10 support. Hope it becomes in next minor upgrades of Avast 2015.
