Windows 10 | Use a device button missing | Rescue disk

So previously I had problems with installing the avast rescue disk, but I sorted that out, but now, when I use the advanced start-up menu, the ‘Use a device’ button is not there.

I’ve looked online, and I can’t find a fix that works.

Have you tried enabling the USB device as a boot device in the BIOS?

Also, is this a Win10 machine with UEFI “Secure Startup” enabled?

Yes. But that isn’t do to with this. This is an error, not a infection.

It is the 3rd boot device (idk what that means) by default.
