Will Avast One continue to protect my computer that is running with Windows 10 ? I can’t update to Windows 11.

Short answer, yes.
Avast has a long history of supporting an OS after MS stopped supporting it. I have been using avast for over 21 years through multiple OS phase outs by MS. There are people in the forums that are even using older Windows versions than Win10.
Of course you lose out on the MS security updates, etc. but Avast should usually support for up to two years from history. But it will eventually happen as it will with other AV products who may cease support sooner than Avast.
