Hi,
Not sure if this is an issue with MS or Avast: Whenever I try installing the update kb3197868, I get an error code 800700717. I’ve tried disk checks and the Control Panel fix, the same error appears at exactly 11% of the installation. (The other update was successful.)

Has anyone else run into this?
