Windows 7 won't boot, safe stuck at awsrvrt.sys

I have downloaded and ran FRST64.exe and have attached my FRST.txt, the computer will not boot in safe mode at all it gets stuck at awsrvrt.sys and then I get a BSOD

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Start FRST and press Fix

This will disable all Avast services and drivers from starting, it may not cure the problem
