I use the Windows 8 Metro/Moderm Email Apps, So wondering if I really need the Mail shield or not, so far shows scanned 0 mail, so should I just remove that shield, and just use File Shield, Web, Network, Script and Behavior shields?
It’s not using any resources if it’s not used and will still be beneficial for detecting a spambot on your system so I would keep it.

Oh, so the not-scanning e-mail is not only an issue for me :-). Good to know. I’d also kep it running. Seeing the resources consumed by the processes, there is almost no loss.
