windows 98se for avast 4.8 still can manually updated?

Dear sir,

i got fancy a problem, my pc is used windows 98se but this few week , i cannot manually updated avast virus definition.
i have see avast website, avast already upgraded a new version 5.0. so i want ask is zzit avast updated cannot support with 4.8 version for windows 98se?

Have you tried obtaining the manual updates from here? Click on the download button for “avast! 4 VPS update (old product), version 4.8.0, size 32MB” and see what happens. :slight_smile:
