my first problem was that windows wouldn’t boot…wanted password which was always automatically in…second I now cannot sign into my yahoo messenger…first problem fied by my computer guru…but what is the problem with messenger?..any clues?..is my connection with family miles away! 
Hi, I would first download and run ccleaner. Next download, update, run Malwarebytes, and last download, update, run SuperAntiSpyware. Restart PC and see if it’s fixed…
