Windows Command Processor popup

Hi,

Experiencing a problem which sounds identical to the one in this topic: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=86622.0

I have also ran a full scan on avast and malwarebytes and deleted infections but the pop-up still appears.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Follow the guide here and attach the logs http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
