Windows Defender detected

Hi,

I downloaded a version of Adobe through a torrent, and installed it.
I got a warning from Windows Defender about a trojan, that windows defender removed. So far so good, but the problem was that I noticed that my firefox profile seems to have gotten corrupted, or something. I lost all my firefox configurations, and prior to scanning the computer with windows defender, Firefox would open with the default settings every single time, like it was just installed. After I ran the scan, and more things were removed, the changes that I make to firefox are staying.
I am worried about this, because I had all my passwords stored on firefox, and now they seem to be gone. Even though I can still find the firefox profile in appdata, and the folders there mention the extras that I had, all my configurations in firefox are gone.
Also noticed that on Microsoft Edge, AdBlockPlus keeps reseting it’s configurations, I do not know if it is related, or if a bug in the current version of AdBlockPlus for Edge.

This is a fiarly recent windows 10 install. Less than a week, and I am still configuring my things, I am wondering if I should just reainstall windows again, as I am not sure if I can trust my system now. I don’t know what other settings or things got messed up by the malware.
I have attached the requested logs, plus one image of windows defender detections.

Hello,
I still have it. Here is the link https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/3db418aa9a212dccb07687c72c0e50c4f1d76d2b0451ce5fe12a48cfded557b6/detection

EDIT: I was wrong this was not the file that caused the issues. I am not sure what file it was then.

Thank for your reply.
What about firefox, is there a way to recover my user profile?

As for Firefox, the safest way of attempting recovery of your profile is to contact Firefox support via https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new

If you wished to just create new profile then I would suggest to do Firefox refresh, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings , but contacting them via link above is safest option.

ok, thank you.
