I installed windows 10 and it has own anti-virus ( Windows Defender ) I installed a program and Windows Defender just blocked him by saying it contain a virus. Avast did the same job, its blocked the program and then remove it. So i have a question
Why would i chose Avast when i already have build-in ant-virus ? .
P.S I am facing some problems with Avast too Like its stuck while scanning my PC

Well, avast has more features and utilities to protect your system than win defender.
Actually i don’t usually use other features except scanning downloadable files for virus. Do you still think avast will be a good choice ?
