I’m experiencing an issue on Windows 11:
Whenever I try to change any default app association either via settings app or right click → properties, Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) always hangs/freeze completely and I always have to restart it via Task Manager.
I’ve tried disabling everything on avast including self-defense and lsa protection but the issue still persists. The issue is only gone after completely uninstalling avast and restarted. The issue came back again after reinstalling avast, is there any ways to solve this issue?
