I turn on the computer and I get a screen that comes up and says that windows failed to start. It gives me two options: fix problems or start windows normally. None of these options work and I am sent back to the error page. It says status: 0xc00000e9. I/O error occurred.
There is no way to repair system file corrupt without a Operating System installation disc. Need to use your windows XP/vista /7 install disc. whatever OS you have on computer. then do a repair windows. there are others here that would be better suited to instruct you with this, I have done this but i may leave out important steps a tech here would not.
