windows firewall and avast say vps out of date?

My avast and my windows firewall say my VPS is out of date. The updater says

Total time: 6 s

  • Program: Already up to date
    (current version 4.6.763)
  • Vps: Already up to date
    (current version 0605-5)

But Every time on start up it says this and i even reinstalled avast with no luck…
I dont know if avast is doing this but every time i set my visual style for taskbar
it will change to some weird color. i had avast U-Installed and it was the right style. what could cause that??? ??? ??? ???

Check your date and time the vps is current

should i restart for it to take affect cause nothing yet

Do you mean that when you change your windows theme that you get a problem ? What programme are you using to change the themes ? Is your date and time corrrect ? I am not 100% sure of your problem. If you are not a native english speaker put it in your own language and I will try babelfish.

I’m Using Style XP, regular English, and date and time are correct i hit update with inter net on the clock at the bottom and everything is the right date… 8)

Where and when does avast say your VPS is out of date ? - I don't recall avast reporting the VPS out of date.

Try a repair of avast. Add Remove programs, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair, click next and follow. You need to be on-line to do this.
