Windows Mail error code: 0x80072f89

Using Win11
Running Avast One (free) 22.2.6003 (build 22.2.7013.717)
Running Windows Mail for a few months with no problem.
In the last week, when I try to sync email I get the error code: 0x80072f89.
But if I turn off Avast Shields then the email sync works.

Can you please turn off only Email Guardian, and see if that makes a difference?

Thank-you. That does appears to have stopped the error message and I think allows incoming emails now.
But is it rather “a sledgehammer to crack a nut” solution?
I assume in one of the most recent Avast updates something has changed adversely. Where before then, there was no problem.
