Windows Recycle Bin Shredder leaving behind file names

I am using Avast Premium Security on a Windows 10 machine. I sometimes run the Recycle Bin Shredder – when I delete sensitive documents, etc. I also run Ccleaner every time I log out. What I find is that every time I run Ccleaner after having used the Shredder during the session, Ccleaner lists - and apparently deletes - some or all files “shredded” by the Shredder.

This is a bit disconcerting in that it appears that the Shredder in leaving behind traces of the files it shredded that can be accessed by another program. Any light on what is happening and what can be done to prevent it would be most welcome.

Thanks.
