After updating Microsoft Office 365.

After rebooting had red x in avast icon in system tray. Got warning about antivirus.

Had to manually turn off Windows Security twice and rebooted twice before Windows Security allowed Avast.

In this case, you can Add an exclusion for Avast

Open “Windows Security” app > Tab “Virus & threat protection”> Virus & threat protection settings >“Manage settings”> Exclusion >“Add or remove exclusion”
