All of a sudden the security centre does not recognize Avast. I am using Windows XP. Any idea how to fix the problem. Security Centre is set to notify me if virus protection is not present. I have reinstalled Avast and rebooted, to no avail.
It isn’t an issue with avast but the WSC, which can be flaky at times.
