What are these files in the Subject? I have over 50 of them and have only just downloaded Avast?

They are not related to avast!.
What are these files in the Subject?They are temporary install files.
Download CCleaner to clean out temporary files plus a lot of other Windows un-necessary junk:

In the same Temp folder I have a subfolder: Avast4
It is a text file and when I try to open it I am told that it is being used
What is that one for?
