Script-Shield doesn’t work under

  • Windows XP
  • avast! 7.0.1474

with Firefox ESR 17.0.3 !

Can anybody confirm this?

See http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=109977.msg866724#msg866724. Download the two files and follow instructions. Read thru the thread and there are two *.sum files that can be added to prevent these files from being overwritten when doing an Avast Repair.

You’re welcome. Script Shield is working in Firefox now?

At the moment I’m not sure, if I should use the Patch or wait for the Final of Version 8!
I’ll wait a few days and then I’ll decide which way I go.
