Windows XP Pro x64 Boot Scan Problem

I’m unable to use the Boot Scan feature on this computer.

My specs are;

Intel Xeon Proc at 2.8Ghz Nocona core
Intel 525 Chipset
1 Gb interleaved RAM
80 Gb IDE Hard drive (NTFS)
Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT 128 Mb Driver 89.95
Creative Sound Blaster 24-Bit HD
Supermicro X6DAL-B2 BIOS Version 1.0b

Avast! AV Home
Microsoft Anti-Spyware (Beta)
Windows XP Professional x64 Editio

Fully Updated with latest drivers.

Sorry But i posted the Wrong Driver for my GPU it’s 81.95.

This is actually by design. The boot-scan feature is currently unavailable on 64-bit Windows (as it is on Windows 9x).
