Well you link would appear to give confirmation that this is a beta - “We have a WinPatrol build that is being released as a beta build.”
Using the ‘Check for safe Updates’ in the program confirms my very old version is still the latest, 33.6.2015.18:33.6.2015.18.
It is certainly long overdue for an update.
I have missed it, but WinPatrol V34.11.2016.17 seems to be officially released https://www.winpatrol.com/mydownloads

This shows that I have the latest version even if the message is incorrect.
I’d reported the problem, and yesterday got an email from Scott that they are aware and fixing it.
Even though the WinPatrol site states V34.11.2016.17, the current download is V34.11.2016.27.
Yes the downloads page is showing the latest version as 34.11.2016.17 but the version in the downloaded file shows a version number of 34.11.2016.27.
