winrar 3.51 is the current stable version.the license they are giving is a non-upgradeable license. 
Correct but 3.6 will be out soon. (Already is in beta)
Note that the times (midnight to midnight, Sunday) are CET, which is GMT (UT?) +1. For EDT (Eastern Canada and US), where I am, that works out to 7 PM Saturday till 7 PM Sunday, and you can do your own time-zone conversions from there.
Which makes it 5PM Mountain Time Sat.

Mine came thru OK quite quickly, once I managed to get in (no mean feat, all kinds of error messages).
Incidentally, what you eventually get from them is a RAR with the reg. code only - they assume you already have Win-Rar. And note that the regular win-rar.com site is down “due to technical problems” for the same period – you can get the download (make sure it’s 3.51) from rarlabs, I think it is.

you may get connection timeouts .i’ve managed to get the key and i attached key
for those who could’nt get the key from the website.just rename file to “rarreg.key”
and place in the winrar folder.

Worked lika a charm.
I had to go to [u]http://www.rarlab.com/[/u] to download 3.51, and put the rareg.txt file changed to .key into folder. When I did that I found that the file was already there.
When downloading from rarlab, is it already free with registration code?
There was no way that I could connect to win-rar.com site. They must be very busy.
