So we decided to bite the bullet and order this. Paid money, saved receipt, and never got the email. So then off to support (sigh) and as many of you know, calling is a waste of time. Its funny too as you have to hit two keys before they tell you to go to /support and submit a ticket.

Pretty ridiculous company…

Well I have submitted a ticket and we shall see what happens. Does anyone have any hints around this?

I also started an account with the email address I purchased with and of course nothing showing that a purchase was made.

Support usually replies within 5-7 business days.
Don’t file another ticket or your wait starts all over again.
If you hear nothing within that time frame, post your ticket # here and we’ll attempt to
elevate the request.

How did you pay ?
If you used bank transfer, it takes a little time for the funds to be cleared and then you should get your email with activation code/license.

If you paid using paypal or credit card, etc. it should clear right away. If you didn’t receive an email, is it possible you made a typo in your email address.

Try the Resend avast License https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license.

The problem with the telephone support it can be handled by a third party support company, they don’t have access to the payment/order details.
